JOANIE GRIMES
Agent
Joanie grew up on a diversified livestock and row crop operation in southwest Ohio.
She attended The Ohio State University, where she earned a degree in Agricultural Economics. She has always had a passion for serving the farming community and that shows in everything that she does. From serving as a committee chair on the CIPA board, to speaking at college classes, and supporting various industry events, Joanie always puts the best interests of her customers before her own.
In 1986, she married her husband John and the couple started their own cattle and forage operation near Hillsboro, OH. They merchandise elite seedstock cattle to other producers around the nation.
Joanie comes with a wealth of knowledge and first hand experience that will help secure you operation for generations to come!
LINDSEY HALL
Agent
Lindsey is the newest agent to join the team. She brings enthusiasm and a passion for livestock to the group.
Lindsey grew up being actively involved in her family's seedstock operation and loved showing cattle competitively on a state and national level. She is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelors in Animal Science and attended Kansas State University where she obtained a Masters in Ruminant Nutrition.
Lindsey resides in Hillsboro with her husband, Adam, and children, Holden and Henley.
By joining the agency, Lindsey gets to combine her love of livestock and helping producers advance their operations through smart and strategic risk management.
RACHEL WINKLE
Processing & Data Management
Rachel has been a mainstay in the agency for over 15 years! Her attention to detail and efficiency are second to none, and is a huge reason as to why we are able to provide a superior level of customer service!
Rachel is also a Hillsboro native who's roots run deep in the agriculture industry. She and her husband Matt have 3 children (Corbin, Claire, and Collin) who are just as passionate about agriculture as their parents! You can often find Rachel cheering on her kids at a cross country meet, FFA CDE, or ringside at a state/national pig show.
We appreciate Rachel and the quality of work she brings to our business!
